Announcing our New Website!

We have just launched our new website and hope that the new stylish pages will give you helpful and interesting information about who we are and what we offer.

Apart from explaining our mission and services, we give a brief background to Cornerstone and its unique setting within the building of St John the Baptist Church. We illustrate the accommodation we have to book for activities and events, and we show what activities are currently happening. There are regularly updated timetables and contact forms so that you can email us or telephone to book.

Have a look around and don't miss out our 'Gallery' pages, which post a large number of photographs of past events and some of the people who make our lively centre tick.

CHRISTMAS  MARKET

SATURDAY 7^th DECEMBER 2013, 11am till 3pm

On Saturday 7th December 2013 CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY CENTRE will host its traditional Christmas market. With its friendly atmosphere, the market offers the opportunity to meet your neighbours, browse through the fantastic variety of arts, crafts, recycled good etc. and taste delicious home-made cakes and fair-trade coffees.

Three years ago, the Cornerstone came up with the idea of opening its space to local small-scale entrepreneurs so that they can show and sell their work directly to the community. Last year, it was a great success with over 100 local visitors.

Everybody is welcome - just come along mingle with the locals, create links and share with us the Christmas spirit of this free event.
